Official Rules
No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. A valid email must be supplied. All entries without a working email will be discarded. Entries promoted by any other website will be discarded.

Eligibility:
Sweepstakes only open to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia), 18 years of age or older, except employees, officers, and directors (and their immediate families and those living in the same households) of SGH Golf (the “Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies. Void where prohibited.

To Enter:
Visit http://www.sghgolf.com between 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 5/1/06 and 10:00 AM ET on 3/1/07 and complete and submit the online entry form. Limit one entry per person, per e-mail address. Entry must me made by authorized account holder of email address at issue as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, or misdirected entries, inaccurate entry or other sweepstakes related information or failures or malfunctions of Internet connections, phones, phone lines, telephone systems, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming used in the sweepstakes, human error otherwise. Sponsor reserved the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant whom Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administrations, security, fairness or proper play of this sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and to the decision of the judges, which shall be final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes.

Selection:
Winner will be in a random drawing on or about 3/5/07 by an independent organization. Winners will be notified by email, telephone, U.S. mail, and/or overnight express. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize:
2 nights accommodation at designated hotel, Daily maid and linen service, Continental breakfast each day, Round trip Augusta airport transfer, Transfers to and from Augusta National, Tickets to Practice Rounds Monday and Tuesday, Entrance to VIP Hospitality Monday and Tuesday, Luggage tags and travel documents, and Services of SGH Golf Travel Staff to arrange extra golf or sightseeing trips. If the winner is unable to book his/her trip or complete travel by the aforementioned dates, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Reservations are non-refundable for cash, not-transferable and non-changeable once issued. If lost, they will not be replaced. Credit for previous purchases is not permitted. All tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. Federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the individual winner.

Miscellaneous:
No transfer, cash redemption, or substitution of prize except by Sponsor and then for a prize of equal or greater value. Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and where legal, a publicity release within 10 dates of issuance of notification. Winner’s traveling companion must be 18 years of age or older at time of notification and will be required to execute a liability release, and where legal, a publicity release within the same 10 day deadline. Non-compliance with any or the foregoing my result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. If prize notification or a prize is returned as non-deliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Winner agrees, except where prohibited, that Sponsor may use winner’s name, picture, portrait, likeness, and voice for advertising, promotional and other purposes without compensation. By entering, entrants agree that Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, retailers, distributor, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representative and agents shall have no liability for, and shall be held harmless for and again any damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance possession, use or misuse of prize, or participation in this sweepstakes. Sponsor makes no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any portion of prize awarded. Sponsor reserved the right, in its sole discretion to void suspect entries, and/or modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes and, at it’s discretion, select a winner from non-suspect, eligible entries receive prior to event requiring such modification, cancellation, termination or suspension. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited.
