Scotland First Class Golf Tour Itinerary...
The following vacation is designed for the traveler who would like the warm, inviting hospitality provided in some of Scotland's finest hotels. The following itinerary is only one sample of the many variations we can offer.
Day 1:
Your vacation of a lifetime starts with an overseas flight to Glasgow, Scotland.
Day 2:
Upon arrival in Scotland, you will be met by an SGH Golf representative who will assist you with your luggage and present you with a travel guide complete with maps, travel tips and places of interest. After being shown to your rental vehicle, you will take the hour drive south to the town of Troon and check in to The Piersland Hotel. This afternoon is free for you to explore your surroundings.
Day 3:
Following a full Scottish breakfast, golf will be arranged at Royal Troon. A second round will also be arranged at Troon Portland in the afternoon. Non golfers may choose to visit Culzean Castle.
Day 4:
This morning the fine links layout at Old Prestwick will be your challenge. Non golfers will want to experience The Burns Heritage Trail. Following golf, you will drive to St. Andrews and check into the Scores Hotel.
Day 5:
Today after breakfast golf will be arranged at Kingsbarns Golf Club. Non golfers may wish to visit Falkland Palace.
Day 6:
This morning after breakfast your challenge today will be the monster known as Carnoustie. Non golfers may with to visit the nearby Glamis Castle.
Day 7:
Today, The Old Course at St. Andrews presents you with the opportunity you have waited a lifetime to experience. Play it well, and your memories will be that much fonder. This afternoon a second round of golf will be arranged on The Jubilee Course at St. Andrews. Non golfers may like to take a walking tour of St. Andrews.
Day 8:
Today you will either board a plane for home, or for another exciting SGH destination.

All prices are per person, double occupancy, land cost only.
Prices Start At:
$3397.00 per golfer and $1828.00 per non golfer.
All golf is subject to availability.
Cost Includes:
- 6 nights accommodation, double occupancy at hotels indicated.
- Full Scottish breakfast each day.
- Green fees and starting times for one round each of golf at Prestwick, Royal Troon, Troon Portland, Kingsbarns, Carnoustie, and St. Andrews Old & Jubilee.
- All service charges on hotel accommodation, and all local taxes.
- Rental vehicle with unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and VAT tax. (Gas is extra)
- SGH Golf travel guide complete with touring map and places of interest.
- Assistance of our Glasgow office to arrange extra golf and sightseeing trips of all descriptions.
- SGH Golf luggage tags and travel documents.
