Turnberry
Turnberry Hotel Turnberry is surely one of the most beautifully situated of all hotels in Scotland. Piersland
(Troon) The Piersland House Hotel was built at the end of the last century and is one of the most attractive buildings of its kind in Scotland. It has been listed by the Historic Buildings Association as of special architectural interest and the graciousness and comfort of the surroundings help to create an atmosphere of relaxation and enjoyment. Set in four acres of ground which includes a Japanese Garden and croquet lawn, it was originally built for Sir Alexander Walker, grandson of Johnnie Walker who was founder of the whisky firm.

Marine Hotel
Marine Troon (Troon) Commanding magnificent views over the Firth of Clyde to the Isle of Arran and the 18th hole of the famous Royal Troon Golf Course, the Marine Hotel occupies an enviable location that is difficult to beat. Home to around 20 golf courses and a long sandy beach, this idyllic spot offers breathtaking scenery. There are 90 comfortable bedrooms, including five suites and ten Premium rooms at the hotel. Highgrove House
(Troon) Highgrove House was originally built by a retired sea-captain. It commands panoramic views of the Ayrshire coastline and over the sea to the Isle of Arran and the Mull of Kintyre. The sunsets during the spring and summer can be quite spectacular to watch from your dining room table. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and combines traditional charm with modern facilities.

South Beach
The South Beach Hotel (Troon) The South Beach is a privately owned family hotel, ideally situated in the best part of Troon and f acing directly onto the sea front with its magnificent sandy beach. The South Beach is famed for its friendly atmosphere where you will be treated more as a friend than a visitor by the Watt family and their staff.

Gleneagles Hotel

Coll Earn
Beautifully situated in the broad valley of the river Earn overlooking the foothills of the Scottish Highlands, the Coll Earn was built in 1870 in the Scottish baronial style with wood paneled walls and ceilings. (Gullane) This property has recently been taken over and as a result has received a new lease of life. One of the owners is also the Chef and the Golf Inn is now one of the best places to eat in the area. The rooms are comfortable and the service is very friendly. Only a short walk from the golf course this cheery hotel could not be better located.

St. Andrews

The Old Course Hotel

Fairmont St. Andrews Hotel
Fairmont St. Andrews opened in June 2001 and is located on a clifftop 2 1/2 miles from the town centre, overlooking the Bay. The Resort offers guests 2 eighteen hole championship golf courses, a European Spa with indoor swimming pool and gymnasium, 2 restaurants and a lounge bar. There is a complimentary shuttle bus running every hour in and out of St Andrews town centre.

Rufflets Country House
Built in 1924, this most attractive Country House set in 10 acres of landscaped gardens, just outside of St. Andrews, was converted into an hotel by the present owners in 1952. A great deal of attention has been given to the decor of the public rooms, which are all spacious and attractively furnished with welcoming open fires in winter, and magnificent views of the garden, which is one of the hotel’s greatest assets. This is the home for Jack Nicklaus when he is in town.

Rusacks Hotel
This is a warm, old-fashioned Victorian stone hotel facing the Royal and Ancient clubhouse and the 18th green of the Old Course, an ideal location for golf spectators, which has been tastefully and lovingly refurbished with Regency antiques.

The Scores
The Scores Hotel Occupying two former fashionable town houses dating from 1880, The Scores Hotel is situated a mere 100 yards from The R & A Clubhouse. The first tee of the famous Old Course is only a 7 iron away and a brief, leisurely stroll takes you to the heart of St. Andrews. Every room at the Scores Hotel is comfortably furnished in traditional style and the cuisine ranges from the continental to simpler traditional Scottish fare.

Russell Hotel
The Russell Hotel is situated overlooking the bay in St. Andrews and if you have a four iron handy you can hit the 18th green of the Old Course from the front steps of the hotel. The rooms are all beautifully appointed and the food wonderful.

Albany Hotel
Peacefully situated in the heart of historic St Andrews, this traditional, elegant Georgian terraced house dates from around 1795. Our location in North Street is close to St Andrews Castle and the Cathedral, the University, cinema and town centre shopping. This elegant Georgian town house has been cleverly and sympathetically converted for use as a hotel. We have 21 bedrooms, all with en suite facilities. Culloden House
Culloden House Hotel (Inverness) At the time of the Jacobite rising in 1745-46, Culloden House was requisitioned by Bonnie Prince Charlie and used as his lodging and battle headquarters prior to that fateful and final battle on Culloden Moor on the 16th April 1746. Today, this handsome Palladian country house stands in nearly 40 acres where guests are free to wander about the elegant lawns and parkland to enjoy the exceptional peace, tranquility and majesty of the grounds. The interior features a wonderfully comfortable drawing-room with magnificent Adamesque plasterwork, many fine antiques and a large open fire.

Skibo Castle
Skibo Castle (Dornoch) Skibo was acquired by Andrew Carnegie in 1898 and he spent a fortune rebuilding the castle to create one of the world’s great residences. Today it is the home of the Carnegie Club, a private residential Golf and Sporting Club with an international membership limited by invitation. The castle stands in its own seven thousand acre Estate in the Highlands. Original furniture and Carnegie memorabilia provide an historical and nostalgic atmosphere of the grand Edwardian era.

Royal Golf
(Dornoch) Located in the historic Royal Burgh of Dornoch, The Royal Golf Hotel is situated on the first tee of Royal Dornoch Golf Club, regularly rated in the top 20 courses in the world. Many of our 25 individually styled bedrooms overlook the golf course and the Dornoch Firth beyond. In each of our dining areas our head chef demonstrates great flair and imagination using the very finest local ingredients to create many mouth-watering dishes.

Dornoch Castle
(Dornoch) Dornoch Castle was formerly the palace of the Bishop of Caithness and is thought to have been built in the late 15th century. The public rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished and include a paneled cocktail bar with fireplace on the first floor of the tower. The hotel is privately owned by the Kitchen family and is run on personal lines with great attention being given to the needs of all the guests.

Glen Mhor Hotel

Udny Arms Hotel
